Stepped on the scale today, lost 1 lb. Not too excited, but I will take it. That makes 7 lbs lost in 12 days. Mi Amiga Shelly has lost 10 lbs in 12 days. Just goes to show you that everyone is different. WHOPPEEEEEE SHELLY !!) Keep up the good work. Thanks for your support this week too. I will remain true over the weekend and we shall see how we do.

It is so hard to not want to eat all the other food.... I was supposed to go to Outback tonight, but it got cancelled, so I don't have to worry about sticking to the right choice tonight! You are doing great too... it took a long time to put this on, we are taking it off much faster!!
