Awww thanks for caring about me wifey and Melissa 🥰🥰 🥰🥰🥰 I’m okay I guess . I just needed a break and wanted to really try to focus and do good and I did. I did HIIT four days in a row and heavy back and bi and heavy legs and eating healthy to a T and Friday night I began to feel so sick and dizzy and that led to horrible nausea. I held onto my pillow all night long and Saturday morning I had to take my daughter to band practice but my head was spinning and my husband had to help. I went and got a COVID test just to be safe and am eating on the results but my husband thinks it’s more from not eating enough or enough variety to get the vitamins I need. I can’t win it’s like when I really Focus and workout hard and eat healthy then I get sick So I am just feeling down and not sure if he is wrong and I should keep doing what I was when this vertigo and nausea goes away or if it is from lack of nutrition and I am doing something harmful. He suggested if I am going to keep eating this way I should go get a good multivitamin.

We need good fuel for hard workouts. Like a car needs gas, it will come to a complete stop on empty. Fill that tank and it takes you for miles. Eat like a car ok!! 😂😂😘😘

And so glad you chimed in and I hope you feel better soon. Many times after a tough workout, I’m nauseated too. I eat right away and I’m perfect. Hope you don’t have COVID. I’ll pray for you 😘❤️🙏

Well on Friday the night I got dizzy and sick I had drink a protein shake for breakfast , eating a protein granola bar at lunch while at work and at 4 pm came home and ate what is in this picture a large Caesar salad with steak only difference was I was out of haas avocados so I know that missed for 300 of my usually calories but later that evening I ate huge slice of a watermelon and because I was feeling sick never got to workout that day so for me I felt like I was doing great by getting lots of protein and not much else I just don’t know unless I needed more calories to recover from the workout the night before I don’t know why I got sick

What you ate sounds like very little. How many calories was it?
04 Oct 20 by member: wifey9707
It was right at 1000 calories

Is that your normal intake per day?
04 Oct 20 by member: wifey9707
No that was much less I normally have a haas avocado for an additional 300 calories and then normally another meal around 300 calories but I began to feel sick I thought well if I won’t be working out today I shouldn’t eat anymore

Oh dear... Girl, I am so sorry you aren't feeling well. It is so miserable to be feeling unwell when you are working out so hard. You are awfully hard in yourself, dear, so take care of you!!! I agree with wifey that you need enough food for fuel! Reasons I get sick (dizzy and nauseated) when working out hard are often pushing way too hard or being low in salt. I really hope you find a solution and start feeling better. A trip to see your doctor wouldn't hurt if you aren't feeling better soon. That is the mom in me talking!!! ♥️

Thank you Melissa!! 💗 I will just keep pushing forward and trying to find what makes my body sing and it will be trial and error apparently but I am not just gonna give up life before .
