Its Monday!! Todays weigh in is.....248!!! I'm officially into the '40's!!
I'm a big dummy too....I didn't go to the gym this morning. I didn't get to sleep until after 2:30 in the morning, and I just cannot function on 4 hours sleep, so I told the hubby no, I'm not going. I think I'l have a quick dinner tonight of chili again, and make him take me after supper! That sounds like a plan!!

So, for my monthly check in on measurements, and BMI, BMR, and RMR. I'm liking these numbers!!

Weight: 248
Bust: 51
Waist: 50
Hip: 53
Bicep: 17.5
Thigh: 27
BMI: 41.3
BMR: 1774
RMR: 1716

Woo Hoo!! Love seeing those numbers drop!!! Well, the bicep went up, but thats ok. Those are large smooth muscles, and they burn more calories. I'm hoping they take care of the floppy arms, or jiggly fats, acording to the little boy next door. He likes to grab my arm and make it giggle...lol!! Little lovely brat!!! Gotta love kids, they are so open and honest!!

Loving that BMI right now too!! 2.3 more points and I am officially out of the morbidly obese catagory!!! WOO HOO!!! lol!! I'll be plain old obese then!! ROFL!!

And thanks to my friend Deedles, I'm back crocheting!! I dug out my hooks, had to go buy a few, and am working on some presents!! Thanks Dee!! I needed to get back into that! I hope everyone had a good weekend. I went through some of your journals and it did sound like everyone did! i know I still have to get myself turned around on my sleeping. I may have to start with the melatonin again. That's ok, as its a natural substance your body makes, My rhythm is just a mess right now, especially with the time change. I normally make the fall adjustment just fine, but not this year,,,,,lol!

Keep up the great work everyone!!! Oh, and wayne, it still isn't recording my weigh ins. lol!!

I started out in the Class III obesity category. I am in the Class II now. When I lose 7lbs, I will be in the Class I! Gotta take those small victories that mean so much!!!!!!!! It's still 38lbs from now til I am 'just' overweight. BOO

Congrats, Lu! You're doing great! So glad to hear about the crocheting. I have a craft show this Saturday that I'm getting ready for. There are so many patterns out there and not enough time to do them all.
