Ok, couldn't log in yesterday, but that was the day I started over again. I am changing to the Atkins Diet (modified to some degree). Did well, stayed on track (I need some sort of diet structure as this is where I struggle). I lost 36 pounds several years ago on the Atkins diet and I am hoping for success again. My co-worker has lost 30 pounds in 6 months, without exercise. Anyway, on the road again.
