Well, was really looking to go below 218.0 after a fast day, BUT... Denise called me on my way home. She and her singing group invited me out to a BBQ place that they were at after rehearsal. I went and had a salad with some BBQ beef on top and two beers. Not too bad, but the scale was not cooperating when I got home! Let's see how we look in the morning. Of course, having had two beers, I'm now enjoying a scotch as I type this. Is there any hope for me? LOL.
