Anybody on DUKAN Diet Plan? I just joined a group "Dukan Dieters" It is not recently active, but it would be nice if we could get a group of DUKAN Dieters active there.
www.dukandiet.com I got the book from the library and I like it so much I ordered one from Thrift books (good low cost book site) https://www.thriftbooks.com/ The Dukan diet : 2 steps to lose the weight, 2 steps to keep it off forever(2011 edition). It is a lowcarb type of plan, but goes a little further.
Let me know if anyone is on the plan or interested, would be super to have support here :-)
Kids & grands are gone (should be back in a couple weeks in time for my trigger finger surgery, not sure how much typing I'll do after that!). Now I have to go clean out the frig of any NON food on my plan items that are left. I made sure they packed up most of it. But I need to hide the mixed nuts & granola in the cupboard right now, before I look at them too much! At least there is no alcoholic bev in the house and I will resist going out to purchase any, at least for NOW. Have to take it one moment at a time, sometimes :-)
