So I went to WebMD and filled out my information and it says I have 24.4 BMI which is in the healthy range. It also says that the target area of weight for my height is anywhere from 129 to 174. So at 170 I am doing good. That also means I should be able to lose a few more pounds. Now it's getting serous!!
