Its a gloomy rainy morning here.....but the scales were good to me and brightened up my day!! 257.4 this morning!! After this weekend, I thought I may have gained a pound!! I'm relieved that everything worked out for the better!

I can't wait to hit the gym today!! I'm really feeling good, and I think I may be discharged from Physical Therapy on Wednesday!! I still have a little sore spot on my butt, but its no where near the pain I had there!! lol!! My sweetheart bought me a new office chair for me too!! That really, really helps!! I had broken the old one, The pneumatic lift on the old one broke because of my weight, I think. It was almost all the way up, and slowly went all the way down to the lowest it could go, and you just cannot get it to go back up. It was so uncomfortable to sit on, all the way down too!! Between that chair and the couch, no wonder my back and hip were a mess!!

I think I may see about getting a haircut one day this week. I really need one!! I've dug out my hair bands to keep it out of my eyes and to keep it looking somewhat neat!! I think I need that little boost to from a good haircut. I hope everyone's weekend went well!! Mine was good, and I want to thank you all for the great comments and support!! It really helped a lot!!

Gloomy here, too, Lu. (Since we live so close, we must have the same skies over head.) Congrats on the weigh in. You're doing great!! Go for the haircut. Since we can't indulge in food to reward ourselves for doing good, we need to find other ways. You deserve it!!
