It's been a struggle lately.
I hit my goal weight some time ago (140-145) and have been hovering around 136.
But I've lost the interest or discipline.
This ALWAYS happens to me.
I get to goal and then blow it.
I stop tracking and eat lots of ice cream.

This week (the last week before my vacation) I'm going to pledge to TRACK EVERYTHING no matter what it is.

I'm going to try to eat sensibly.

We will be backpacking next week so I'm not worried about what I eat while hiking. The appeal of food, actually, is less when I'm hiking... and it's a different mind set.
