I really wanted Chicken Cordon Blue, however the chicken was not thick enough to stuff, so I cooked it and cut into pieces. I cute the Canadian bacon and swiss cheese into pieces. I combined them all and stirred them all together. After I put them into my lunch bowl I topped it with a little crushed ritz cracker. Not the same recipe, so we shall see how it turns out today.
