OK, i did not want to have just negative posts, but I have to let it out - today was not a good day. A lot of good things were happening recently, so it is not all bad, but the pressure at work is mounting. Cannot sleep tonight, it is getting worse and worse. This is one of the days when I just want to retire. To have a beautiful life and loving family and spend tme in power struggle at work instead.

I was looking for a recent NYT article on getting more sleep and found this March 18 article "Lost Sleep Can Lead to Weight Gain": http://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2013/03/18/lost-sleep-can-lead-to-weight-gain/?_r=0 I'll continue to look for the other one, although it had some critical comments.

NY Times article (in the health section): "Steps for More, and Better, Sleep" by Jane E. Brody. Might offer some ideas that will help. Because posting a link is so crazy in comments, I'll try to do it in my journal instead
