Fell off the radar last year. Weight back to 63kgs. Was doing Intermittent Fasting on & off but now I want to be strict about it. So I am embarking on a low carb- no sugar diet. So my breakfast & lunch is mostly going to consist of Nutritional shake, Millet rotis & lentils. Hopefully this will make a difference. Today I ate:
Breakfast: Nutritional shake, handful of Cashews & almonds Snack: A few mini bhakarwadis Overnight soaked legumes dal & 2 Jowar Rotis No Dinner
