Yesterday on the radio they were talking about how dietitians are looking at calories in food again and thinking they might not have as much or more in them than originally believed. It will be interesting to see if things change or not.

Would love to hear the results of that. But regardless I feel like when I stick to meat and vegetables as my primary foods regardless of the calorie intake I lose weight easier. Real food definitely is processed differently by your body than junk.
