Hi everyone - I'm still hanging in there. I am doing a 24 hour fast today. Also, I started walking at lunch time. I walk down the sidewalk and back 4x which is about a quarter mile. It's not far but at least I am starting. (I can't walk well b/c of my accident)

Never give up! Doesn't matter how many times you try. You learn more each time you fail and make changes to your plan and try again.

My changes from the weekend and last night: No more peanuts - too addicting and they jack up my blood sugar, no bacon, no dip. Water on fasting days. Don't be so hard on myself - if I need some diet coke to keep from binge eating then drink it. It's a work in progress.

A step at the time - it like that! I avoid peanuts as well. They are very hard to stop eating once I start.

Excellent work! Nuts can undermine any diet. +1 on the Diet Coke. Same for sugar free gum, mints, self forgiveness, and positive self talk. That shit's all 100% genius on an extended fast. Let's go! #justdonteat
