It's really hard to guess calorie wise on my ham soup because it has a little bit of stuff here, a little bit of stuff there. But the base is the left over ham and stock from Thanksgiving. It took 2 days of defrosting and then I still had to heat it up to finish defrosting. I guess my freezer is working good, lol.
