Woke at 224.6, down 4.2 from yesterday. Got some sleep for a change. Protein coffee to start the day. UPDATE: Another protein coffee for lunch and then a weigh in at 5 pm before dinner. Got down to 222.8. Liking this! Had a big omelet for dinner and a few protein bars to hit the protein macro.
In other news, I'm 478 calories away from my target total for the MONTH. Obviously not going to hit my goal with seven days to go (and one of those is Thanksgiving)! I'll try staying closer to goal next month. For November, I'm going to commence the fasting mimicking diet tomorrow for the five days leading into Thanksgiving.
