Post workout meal, around 1000cal. Bigger to use up the rest of my hash browns, spinach & fresh squeezed orange juice so it didn't go to waste. There's also a carton of egg whites, 2 slices of Colby monterey jack & 3 sugarhouse maple turkey sausages hiding in there. Now for a 20 hr fast.
