TGIF!
Going to a concert tonight with a friend that I went to elementary school & high school with. We finally connected back on Facebook after about 25 years! She was a close friend in school then LIFE got in the way and we grew apart, but she still lived only about 10 miles away from me the whole time! So happy we are getting back in touch. Good girlfriends are important in my life right now, like all of my good friends on FS BC, love you all!
Anyway the concert is 70s music and fun titled "Hippiefest Street Fest and Happy Together Concert", I'm wearing a tiedye Tshirt and jeans, wish I still had my white boots (yes like what Nancy Sinatra sung about and wore) but those are long gone. Use to have a Peace necklace also, but my son took that years ago and I think it is in Japan with him. No I wasn't a full Hippie, just a wanna be I guess, still was a little younger then that crowd, but was included as a 'little sister'. Have a good Friday to all!
