i almost died yesterday.. ok not really but its hot here.. I mean hot.. it makes it hard to do anything..so i did what I had to and went home and slept and ended up not even loggin my meals. working on that. Looking forward to leftover chicken for lunch.
Goal for today : WATER drink more water and log everything !!
