I can’t say enough about this app!! I have been religiously running every single day for the last five years without ever paying attention to what I ate. I literally can sit down and eat half a large pizza and then Dessert. After a pretty bad sickness last month I decided it was time to start eating right. I really had no idea how many calories I was consuming every day and the weight is just flying off now just by being conscientious of how much I consume. I couldn’t be more excited. After the first few days of migraines and withdrawls ( probably from all the processed sugar) I really do feel great. dark chocolate has been a staple because I still have a very bad sweet tooth. Happy healthy journey everyone!!
