Today was our monthly work potluck and this months theme was nacho bar. I brought a flour tortilla and made a burrito instead so my burrito in my food record is a guesstimate. It was good and the smell was throughout the agency so we were all super hungry by the time it got to lunch time, LOL. Tomorrow I will be eating out twice, my plan for lunch is a salad and I have no idea where dinner will be so here's to good choices tomorrow.

On another note today is the day a year ago I fell down the hill and tore my MCL. As if I needed a reminder my knee has been in pain all day, oh bother!

OUCH! Broke my foot probably over 10 yrs ago. Messed up some ligaments and sometimes it still reminds me. Hope your knee improves. Good luck with your food choices.
