Woke at 230.2, up .2 from yesterday. Fasting today. Got to 229.2 and then ate a few over 500 calories. Going to try to add some protein in a small evening meal on 'fasting' days. Let's see how that goes. Will jump right back to 36 hour alternate day fasts if that doesn't pan out.
