For dinner today I had five samples of different kinds of burritos from costco and 2 chicken taquito samples and a pulled pork sample. I over estimated that to be one burrito and 2 taquitos. I felt tired after eating and napped for half an hr before working out. No diarrhea or stomach aches. Just a little gassy.

I’ve accepted I’m a sample whore. I planned a little ahead in that I figured if I eat enough samples I won’t need to eat dinner. It was also close to my workout time I could do a tkd diet (targeted Keto Diet) where I can increase my carbs by 50 g before working out. I was at 70g net carbs yesterday. I kept my calories low to make up for earlier in the week. It’s important for me to count something (calories and carbs). I haven’t gotten out of bed to weigh myself yet.

I always hear of the Costco samples - never gone. I used to get at least 2 suppers a week in samples between Whole Foods and Trader Joe's.

Ah very smart to plan ahead! I worked at BJs as a teen and I use to do “go backs” I’d pass back and forth through the main isle. I ate enough to not bring lunch everyday 😁😁
