Happy Saturday gang! I am at work and just taking a break. I only lost about a pound or a little over this week. Still a loss!

I felt like I should eat something sweet on my birthday so I tried to buy Halo or Wink at the local store but they didn't have it so I made the mistake of getting Sugar Free coconut mounds. Boy that was a mistake. First off, I have no control. So that's a red flag when you are eating sugar free anything. LOL

I got what I deserved. That malitol is deadly. Probably why I am kind of in a stall. Gotta get that crap out of my system.

It's kind of nice out for a change. I need to do my walking today. I haven't been doing that enough. OK I haven't been doing it at all. Why? B/C it's hard and painful and I guess sometimes I just don't want to go through that. But I have to or I will never get better!

Happy Saturday! I’m about to head to work too. Just FYI, when you really need something sweet, a snickers ice cream bar only has 180 calories and 18 carbs, so if it fits in with the rest of your daily calorie/carbs, it is perfect! 😊💕
