think my problem was that i wasnt feeding my body after working out, i didnt do my protein shakes. i was mostly fasting eith random food intake here and there. next week ill do omad monday then protein shakes the rest of the week. the plan this weekend is just to eat healthy. workout will be working on our move. we sold our home! HAPPY SATURDAY EVERYONE!!
