So I knew that I was going to be off the grid for the past 3 days. KISS was playing in Grand Rapids Saturday and we had 12 family & friends from out of state (Indiana, S. Carolina and Missouri) join us the entire weekend. As much as I tried to keep portions low, the food was way off menu for me and alcohol consumption was through the roof lol. Last night as we were trying to catch up on some rest, I actually felt rumbling in my belly and I know it was from the different foods I ate that I haven’t had in months. Anyway… I logged in to FS this morning to start entering my food intake so far today and felt like a deer in headlights. There is no entry since Thursday. SO flippin WEIRD. I hadn’t missed a day in quite some time. Ugh. I don’t want to see the numbers on the scale because I still see some swelling in my legs from standing most of the entire weekend. My body doesn’t like me right now. I’m back on track today with a vengeance. Have a fantastic day everyone!
