My buddy killed a deer. I officially support hunting. Game meat is delicious and eco-friendly. I seared this venison steak medium rare in cast iron and sauteed leeks while it rested, topped with fresh fennel. I steam-bagged the cauliflower rice.

Pheasant when we used to have more of it around was great so is rabbit. I love the dark meat! I have never been a fan of venison much unless it is doe and corn fed! Ill stick to cattle and chicken mostly ! I admit your meal looks very appealing!
