I don't think that rye has any carbs. Low carbing can rock sometimes

Anything that is not clear has some carbs, but they shouldn't do anything. It's usually the snacks that people eat during and after.

Thanks, all! I guess there aren't carbs! Just empty calories, haha. My alternative to whiskey is Truly spiked seltzer. Occasionally a glass of dry red if it enhances my meal. (Whiskey and liver actually pair quite well, ha.) Being picky about what I'll drink has resulted in cutting down on my consumption substantially.

I got an all electric 2018 Chevy Bolt. It actually has quite a bit of pep. More than you would think. I pass people on the highway all the time as my husband sings "You got passed by an electric car". I love it My friend has a diesel Golf. He gets really great mileage!
