Liver and roasted fennel! you know youre jealous

I wish i liked liver. I have struggled with anemia, and nothing like liver for iron.

You can have all the liver you want... I'd take the fennel though. That looks yummy.

Thanks, everyone! Liver very good for me (and everyone else too): lots of iron and Vit A. This was grassfed beef liver from a local farmer.
