My workout buddy. Today was Lower Focus and I already know I am going to be super sore tomorrow. Good news...tomorrow is Cardio! I may be odd but I love cardio. Rollerskating, running, and so on.

My oldest daughter who is 6 likes to pretend to coach her siblings in a workout. It is too cute! I am going to let them try some of the kid workouts they have on demand. My daughter gets sad whenever she finds out I worked out without her. 🤣

Thank you everyone! @HomeSlice18 Thank you! That made me smile! My skin has cleared up nicely since mostly cutting out dairy and eating healthier. I used to get acne pretty bad even as an adult.

@1982nodak I workout whenever my older two are at school. I am exhausted after all 4 of my kids are asleep. After doing homework, cooking dinner, getting them ready for bed, and fighting with them to go to sleep... I don't have it in me to workout. 🤣
