Actually, that as a salad would be awesome. I'm not a fan of wraps or other flat breads normally. Like, would rather have a taco salad than a burrito, that sort of thing. Unless it's naan. All bets are off if it's naan.

Just meat and cheese would sit like a stone for me. Couldn't do it without something like lettuce or a veggie to curb the effect.

I have done that before ... tried something really good on Jospeh's pita bread only to think it wasn't all that great ... plus the bread rips. Sometimes less is better. ;)
