MIO uses sucralose instead of aspartame like Crystal Light. Plus I think you can control the amount better- I've gone from two squeezes per 16 oz glass to 1. You could wean yourself off flavored water this way? Just an idea.

I use vitamin squeeze. I can find it only at Safeway, but its big bottles, lots of different flavors and super good with lots of vitamins. I use it all day long.

You can add lemon juice, mint, fruit, flavored stevia, or a combination of those to water. Stevia is an herb that is naturally sweet and contains zero calories. The only drawbacks are that it has a slight bitter aftertaste to those who are new to drinking it, but not so much with the Sweet Leaf brand, which you can find in any health food store.

Thanks for the help, I do use the small bottle of liquid stevia but have not seen the flavored one. I put a squirt into my coffee and seems OK. Will try a little lemon juice and stevia tonight at work and see how that goes.

Hmmm . . . I know water is better, but is there something wrong with Crystal Light?

Stevia has flavored sweetners. All natural and you can add it to your water or tea or what ever.

Oooh, Yes. I forgot about cucumber water. It is very refreshing. I found it last summer but have forgotten. Thanks, maggamin!
