I don't know why I can update my weight? But on day 3 of fat fast it is 164.6 and I feel good :-) Im going to continue with the fat fast going to day 1,2,3 and Sunday I have a birthday party to go to for my grandson but I am going to watch my woe that day and Monday start again on Day 1,2,3 maybe going 1 day off per week BUT watching my woe, until I get to my goal!
