We did our normal Saturday out to dinner and grocery shopping. I decided to be safe and stick within diet. We split a longhorn ribeye the big one and I ate most of it with a ton of their so called butter. almost instantly I got a rush from the pepper seasoning and a headache by the end of the meal. So much for safe. I bought some vit E cream to help with this crepey skin of mine and that set off a reaction too, instantly ran to the shower and soaped and scrubbed it off. Just not on a winning run right now.

woke up feeling better than I have in a few days, my legs felt almost normal. I slept in which is very unusual. Not thinking I grabbed the antibiotic the doctor put me on and had my hamburger breakfast with butter.

I started feeling off and then my legs started cramping back up again. It took a while with the fog back in place to figure it out. I was worried somehow I had a problem with beef all of a sudden. It was the antibiotic. I have a really hard time taking them, maybe 3 days before I have a reaction. So no more of them. I really should not have even started them when I am in an immune flare up like this. I missed my doctor appointment last week, I was late, so they sent me home. I was going to discuss this with her as I did not want to start and stop. worst thing.

Oh well, hopefully this will pass soon. making it harder to do my work out. I have to take more time inbetween sets to push through this.

I am glad it was not the beef. Medicine, necessary evil. I was on a drug for my Neuropathy that was making me exhausted, nauseas, and fat. I took myself off of that when I started the diet. I have a little pain, nothing like it was and feel human again. I am also a fan of CBD oil which helps with my pain. Feel good today!! xoxo

Oh no! Did all of these allergies start recently or have you been dealing with this for years?? I can’t even imagine! I hate taking antibiotics! They are terrible for the body. Do you remember when I stalled for 2 straight weeks and was the same weight even though I was low cal and fasting? It was the antibiotics I’m sure! The beef industry give cows antibiotics to fatten them up. It kills their gut flora which causes weight gain. I never knew this. I came across an article that talked about it and realized that, that was my problem. 11 days of antibiotics screwed me up

all this response is a flare up from all the healthy foods I have introduced to my diet. 2 decades ago we found I was highly sensitive to a lot of foods. rotation diet basically doing what I plan to do now (meat and butter)for a month is how we settled things down. back then it was chicken and oatmeal until I had a problem with the oatmeal. Hard to tell allergic from sensitive until you are clean and slowly add limited food to test. my fat bomb experiments did me in. I had no idea coconut or almond oils would effect me. then eating so many of these things aong with other healthy caused my internal body into a raging inferno of response. so clean eating for me. veggies I normally can tolerate give me a response now, like my broccoli and spinach.

Gosh, you really have a conundrum. Do you see an allergy specialist who guides you through these food challenges? Are there any foods that you know you can safely eat? Years ago I went to a nutritionist who specialized in food allergies. She gave me a limited diet which I strictly ate for two weeks. Then she'd introduce a food (one) - large quantity - and monitored reactions for 24 hours. It was pretty clear the problem foods. She called it a food challenge. Good luck.👍💕

Oatmeal?! Damn! What about non sulfury veggies? Have you tried any of those?
