Ok I am back I will weigh in tomorrow to see how much I set myself back. I did good while I was in IL, but the long drive back in a 16ft moving truck did me in. It took two days since we stopped to sleep in Kansas and I nibbled the whole time. Mostly on healthy stuff but I also made some poor choices. Now I am back on track and back to walking tomorrow.
