Make certain that you salt them a little and let them drain... Then shake like crazy

I heat my sauce to low boil, then add the zoodles and cook 3 to 5 minutes depending how crunchy I want them.

I want some!!!! I was at the store just last week and can you believe - all the zucchinis were rotted and shriveled - this was at walmart - and did they expect anyone to buy that? It was a LOT of them too.
