Was creeping back up. Had to fast (18 hrs) to get things rolling again. Still not as far down as I should be. But at least I didn't fast and gain!
188.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 53.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
