Got up this morning and reluctantly tried on some workout pants I haven’t been fitting in......well all of my tracking and working out is paying off, because not only do they fit, but they are looser than I ever remember them💪🏼😆 Workout complete, ready to celebrate with my fam! Happy 4th of July🇺🇸

Thank you baskington! I have tried a few different programs that left me frustrated without results, and feeling hungry all the time....with what I’m doing now I feel motivated, and satiated😅. Its great to find something that finally works!
