1468 kcal Fat: 43.86g | Prot: 88.51g | Carb: 162.81g.   Breakfast: Berries, Almond Breeze Vanilla Milk, Special K Protein Plus Cereal, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Scallions or Spring Onions, Quinoa, Firm Silken Tofu, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Japanese Eggplant, Baked or Broiled Tuna. Dinner: Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Brown Rice, Beer, Green Onion, Carrots, Cucumber (Peeled), Peppermint (Mint), Kale, Barbecue Sauce. more...
