Sausage and Bean Casserole
A really tasty way to eat your sausages!
Ingredients
Directions
- Cut the sausages into chunks and add to the pan. Fry in a little oil until cooked through.
- Chop up the peppers and add them to the pan. Fry until the peppers have softened.
- Rinse the beans and add them to the pan.
- Add the tomatoes and cook until heated through. The tomatoes will take on the flavor of the sausage and peppers.
- Serve as it is, in a bowl.

sausages not too good for GI. To make it even healthier - grill the sausages rather than frying them.
