This is one of my favorite dishes. I like to add walnuts or pecans as suggested but I also add fruit cocktail!

We used to make this all the time, but we added low fat cottage cheese and it's good with or without it. If you add the cottage cheese it will serve as a nice meal choice for breakfast or lunch...

Love this! My daughter is a huge fan too. We also make this for family get togethers. My SIL made it and added cherries and that was good also. I like to add walnuts to mine, but to keep calories down we usually go without.

so . . . you do NOT add the milk that's required for the pudding right? Just the dry mix w/the pineapples right? And the choice of walnuts or pecans ~ does anyone have a preference? Thanks bunches :)

Pecans are even better than pistachios or walnuts, I think. Yummy!
ps, it *is* 3 points - to take the guesswork out of points calculations, use this:

My family has been having this for as long as I remember .. VERY addictive. Oh .. and for 'lose2win', you mix the pudding mix straight with the rest of the ingredients, you don't make the pudding separate.

Do you prepare the pudding or just mix the dry mix with the pineapple?
