Peanut Butter Raisin Cereal Bars
Great breakfast cereal bars to get you going with protein from nut butters.
Ingredients
Directions
- Microwave peanut butter, corn syrup and sugar in large bowl on high for 2 minutes or until just boiling. Stir well after each minute.
- Add grape-nuts cereal and dried fruit, then mix well.
- Press into greased 13x9" pan and cool completely.
- Cut into 30 bars and wrap individually in plastic or wax paper.
- Store in tight container at room temperature and enjoy!
- Note: based on a recipe from Kraft Foods.

Reviews
Holy Smokes - look at the amount of white sugar and corn syrup. Absolutely no nutrition in white sugar/syrup - only calories. I'd suggest using honey, which is nutritious. And you'd need allot less than 2 cups.
