- Lightly brush on to seafood before grilling.
- Do not let marinade longer than a couple of minutes. The lime will start to whiten the seafood any longer than that.
- Grill seafood. Can drizzle oil on seafood after it's cooked.
- Serving size is per scallop, prawn or shrimp.
