I made this with two packets of "True Lemon" crystals(found on the same aisle as the sugar substitutes) and it is by far my favorite of the Ricotta Creme desserts. I think it is because the Ricotta has a slightly tangy taste...which you can't really hide...so the "tangier" (is that a word?) the recipe the tastier the outcome! :)

Ricotta creme is AWESOME! I eat it almost every day! My favorite is a chocolate version, with 1/2 tsp cocoa powder, 2 tsp Splenda and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. It's guilt-free chocolate! :)
