Toasty, sweet, granola that can been added to cereals, yogurt, salads, or enjoyed by itself as a snack.
Ingredients
Directions
- In one bowl stir together rolled oats, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl mix honey, canola oil and vanilla.
- Dump honey mixture over granola mixture, thoroughly combine by hand. Ensure that everything is evenly coated by honey.
- Heat oven to 300 °F (150 °C).
- Spread mixture in a thin, even layer on a baking sheet and place on center rack.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Cool completely, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping or group together for clusters. Stir any extras such as dried fruit, nuts, seeds, toasted coconut, etc. at this point.
- Store in an airtight container. Goes stale fast!

Sounds tasty but needs more protein. Also, the recipe seems like it would make more than 3 servings.
