I have a question...
I am of the belief that your body adjusts to whatever routine you force it to adapt to: personally speaking, I used to never eat breakfast and was never hungry until sometime in the early afternoon. Then after I started eating breakfast on a regular basis, if I missed my morning meal, my stomach would start growling and I would feel hungry right around the time I usually ate breakfast. In any case, it is said for a reason that "breakfast is the most important meal of the day," not only does it provide you with energy to start your day, but it is what gets your metabolism going. As far as eating once a day because that is the only time you are hungry is concerned, IMHO, that is not a good way to approach weight loss: when you go for 3+ hours between meals you put your body into starvation mode, which will slow down your metabolism. Instead, you would do better to keep your metabolism going throughout the day with frequent (at 2-3 hour intervals) nutritious snacks. Good luck.
