46 years old, 5'8" male. Did the "Total Six Pack Abs" diet from MuscleHack.com 3 years ago. Followed the workouts for a couple of years, then the diet for 6 months. It was great and I went from a high of 30% body fat to 14%, and from a weight of right at 200 lbs. to 180 lbs. This was all part of a contest at work.
I maintained it for a while afterward, then went back to regular crappy eating. I decided to make another run at it for 2017. This time I'm doing a more standard keto diet because I'm not really exercising these days, so I don't need as much protein as the Six Pack Abs plan calls for. I'm aiming for a 70% fat, 20% protein, and 10% carbs daily diet. I'm starting at higher percentage of carbs and lower protein to help ease myself into the tracking and eating right habit again. I'll adjust every 1-2 weeks until I have the right balance of macros.
