for the last 2days I have not been logging what I have eaten. I have been busy. my aunt died and driving to the funeral and will be gone for 10 days. my son in law will keep my kitten. I'm worried that he will forget me. he is 5 months old and used to lots of loving. I will miss him. I weigh in tomorrow. I feel lighter. I had a rough night last night. I had some chicken salad and I was just shoveling the food in my mouth. I was not eating mindfully. I did catch myself and slowed down. I had some wine and I don't normally drink. I am upset about my aunt death and driving so far. my daughter and brother are going with me. my granddaughter may ride with us. I plan on sticking to mindful eating and choosing to put good food in my mouth. I will have a garbage burrito and that will last me two days. I am bringing food with me for the ride there. I will be good. I have plans for the summer and this weight must come off. I have to be healthy and in shape physically. I am losing this weight to get healthy. I want to walk upstairs without losing my breath and have to use an inhaler. I want to wear heels again. I want to live differently. and I can and will. I will get back to logging what I eat tomorrow before we leave. have a great Friday.
