Is walking a sufficient enough exercise option at my weight for cardio
Welcome! I have had weight loss success with just walking. I also would not enjoy running around town. The exercise that I am going to not quit is the exercise that I'm comfortable doing. I sometimes increase my walking pace to get more of a cardio workout or challenge myself to walk further. I do believe weight loss success includes both diet and exercise but I'm not one to go to extremes with either. Wishing you the best with your FS goals!
