Hi, I am twenty years old and I have always had trouble with my weight with it yo-yoing up and down from 10st to 14st. However, a year ago I found that due to a condition I have I am 'insulin insensitive' so I now do not eat any bread, rice, potatoes, sweets or sugary fruit. In this year I have felt so much better, I have lost an awful lot of weight, my skin has cleared up and I don't feel as yuk as I used to. Now I live on a diet of vegetables, pulses and a little meat and cheese.
But enough about my weight, I am currently reading English at Aberystwyth Uni and am in my second year, and I often travel home to see my family in Oxfordshire. One of the reasons I am on a mission to lose weight is because I am hopefully going to work in the States during the summer, on a kids camp, and I don't want to be the fat one who can't keep up.
